Rights of data subjects

• Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You may request the erasure of your data, provided the statutory requirements are met.
• Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): You may request that the processing of your data be restricted.
• Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): You may receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7 Abs. 3 GDPR): Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

Right to object

You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you which is based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR.

If you object, I will no longer process your personal data unless I can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Hosting and server log files

This website is operated on servers provided by netcup GmbH. When you access this website, information is automatically stored in what are known as server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to me. This data includes: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing device, time of the server request, and IP address.

This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. I have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of my website. Server log files are deleted after 180 days at the latest. I have entered into a data processing agreement with netcup GmbH.

TLS encryption

For security reasons, this website uses TLS encryption (indicated by "https://" in the address bar). Data transmitted through this connection cannot be read by third parties.

Contact

If you send me inquiries via a contact form or email, the information you provide, including the contact details you give me, is stored by me for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. I do not share this data without your consent.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, where your inquiry relates to the performance of a contract, or on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on my legitimate interest in effectively handling inquiries addressed to me.

The data you submit remains with me until you ask me to delete it, you withdraw your consent to its storage, or the purpose for storing it no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular statutory retention periods, remain unaffected.
